All prices listed are basic prices for personal use. They might increase depending on the complexity of the commission.

Payment will be done via paypal invoice or VGen.

I will ask for payment once you have approved of the sketch. The price will be based on the details that we discussed and developed during the sketch phase.

I will start working on the commission after I receive at least 50% of the full payment.

No refunds after you finalized your payment. Please be very very sure of your economic situation before you start requesting a commission from me.

For Paypal payment, clients will pay a fee included on the commission invoice on top of the final commission price due to Paypal fee.

Visual references are required. If clients are yet to have character art reference or reference sheet—collages, external models, or basic sketches are still encouraged.

I will charge at least 25% of the base price if only text references are given.

I will do improvements on the commission piece based on client's feedback to ensure their satisfaction. However, I will not do major changes (eg. pose, outfits) past sketch approval.

Revisions are free during the sketching process.

I will provide several thumbnails/concept. However once a concept has been chosen, you may not suddenly change to another concept once I started detailing and color mapping the sketch.

Once you approve of the sketch and payment is done, only minor revisions are allowed (eg. changing color or small details). Major revisions that would require me to redraw any large part of the drawing isn't allowed.

For NSFW, gore, and fetish commission, please discuss with me prior placing orders.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

My work time ranges from one week to a month.

I will periodically send progress on the commission piece. However if I don't share any updates after more than two weeks, please do not hesitate to ask for progress update.

If anything comes up and I might have any delay, I will let the clients know immediately.

Any order is delivered by default with a Personal License. A Personal License allows commissioners to use the artworks commissioned from me on products not for sale (e.g. personal prints, personal custom phone case, etc.), and on unmonetized social media accounts.

Provide proper credits if posted online to any of my social media.

Commissioners are not allowed to claim that they draw the commission piece themselves.

Commissioners are not allowed to use the commission piece on products for sale, ad placement, promotional use.

Commissioners are not allowed to use the commission piece for NFT minting.

Commissioners are not allowed to include the commission piece for any AI art learning or AI art generator.

I reserve the right to use the commission piece for my personal portfolio. Please let me know ahead if the commission piece are not allowed to be posted publicly.

Commissioner's personal data, such as name or email address, will not be stored, distributed to third parties or added to mailing lists.

Commissioner's email address will only be used by me to personally contact them during the commission process.

No data will be retained after the commission has been completed.
